Modern production
LOPAS has extensive passive house production experience at their disposal in the plant Longin in Dobersberg. With modern manufacturing plants a fast and exact production is guaranteed by LOPAS houses. Precast wall elements up to a length of 12 metres and a height of 3 metres are produced in the plant Dobersberg, incl. insulating filling material, installations and organic clay fibre-plaster layers. This eliminates drying times of the large quantity of organic clay fibre plaster on the building site. The high degree of manufacturing of LOPAS houses in the plant ensures the highest quality. Time consuming and costly quality controls on the building site are thereby reduced to a minimum.
