A LOPAS house is not subject to any given criteria of design or pre-planned house models.
The LOPAS system is perfectly suited for individual planning within a practical financial budget. Therefore, individual wishes are widely possible.
From roof greening to the gabled roof, from the rectangular-shaped basic form to more complicated exterior forms a wide spectrum of possible design variations are available. Nevertheless, it is worth stating that the „classical outside form“ of a passive house, for example, with a flat roof has cost advantages.
Above all the design of LOPAS constructions is adaptable from the facade to the interior – in spite of uncompromising ecology, colour variations and facade variations as well as window combinations of every kind are possible.
