The aim: Through exact agreement of definition of work customer´s requests are effectively achieved with the highest of quality, from the design phase to the handing over of the object. Designs or finished plans are taken over from LOPAS and the static construction is developed in a planning programme.
1. Prospective customer's contact through LOPAS
2. Connection to architects, recommendation by LOPAS on the basis of the customer requests
3. Non-binding first consultation of the prospective customer with the architect
4. By agreement, assignment of a design incl. property inspection
5. Design adjustments and clearance by the customer
6. Handing over to LOPAS for planning, proposal and execution
7. Handing over of the LOPAS house to the customer
Proactive quality control by LOPAS after half a year and after two years
