1. Prospective customer's contact through architects
2. Design of the architect, clearance from the customer
3. Handover to LOPAS or planning by the architect
4. Offer from LOPAS on account of architect´s planning documents
5. Execution by LOPAS, optional site management by architects or LOPAS
6. Clearance of the general foreman
7. Handover of the LOPAS house to the customer
Proactive quality control by LOPAS after half a year as well as after two years
