Ideal for allergy sufferers
Passive houses are fundamentally ideal for pollen allergy sufferers because of their controlled interior air ventilation. Because the air is filtered, substantially less allergy-causing particles, as for example pollen, reach the living space.
However, optimal living space solutions do not end for allergy sufferers with the ventilation: By the consistent use of natural building materials LOPAS is able to create a living space which is, regarding construction, virtually freely from allergy-releasing materials. The complete equipment of all living areas with clay – on which no allergic reactions are known – guarantees hypoallergenic reactions of the surfaces.
